Good nibbles coming back into the market
Finally some sales are coming back into the market with keen genuine enquires now coming in for mainly beachland and mixed rentals.
Our earlier report mentioned that we thought the recession to be over and with the fiqures coming out of America this would be true but without any false delusions of a booming bounce back this is not the case.The road to recovery is going to be building blocks on building blocks.
The last sale we saw go thorough was a delightful beach rai at Laem Sor for 13.5 mill.We do have another 4 plots with 38 mtr beachfrontage being a rarity in itself to find at only 15.95 mill per rai.
So now that the pricing has finally retracted to sensible levels both the investor living in Koh Samui and OS are opening their pockets to once again snapping up good beach buys.We would recommend you try and only buy the beachland/houses this is always going to be the gold.The mountain/hillside seaview land is the silver and there is a lot of it.The beachland is finite and will always give you the best return when it comes to a new subdivision,land or beachhouse resale.
Overall the little backpacker island appears to be much busier on the east cosat even city like with an apperance of more bright lights at night  being a good sign of fresh commercial shops opening on the ring road for the tourists.
Although Bangkok has had its fare share of problems with the protestors on both sides demanding fairness and equality within the government-Thailand has weathered many a storm in the last 12 years ,with the Asian crisis ,a Tsunsami,a coup and now further unrest but it continually shows its resilience to be able to bounce back-that’s an extremely strong sign of a strong nation of people and their firm belief in the positive future of the red white and blue.
