Our very exclusive deluxe project Grand Lions appears to be well on track with Samuis ever changing market. Already we have buyers from USA, HK, Singapore and Macau wishing to explore the possibilities of this most upmarket development,prices ranging from 6,11 through to $US17 mill dollars. We recently went down to see a property on the beach at Bantalingnam this week being  the largest home ever built on Koh Samui a massive 2000 sqr mtr Baroque Italian/Thai style seaside mansion being offered at the princely sum of 4.2 mill Euros(200,000,000 baht). Many sceptics have said we are too early for such a Belair type development-it appears not so!

Overall the market is flat with many small to mid range developers putting their tail between their legs and going home leaving their dormant projects without a captain at the helm.It seems the big spenders with $2.5 million dollars upwards are keeping the somewhat depressed market alive and kicking.

We predict as mentioned before Samui owners are sitting on golden land and we strongly believe that the little sister island will command bigger money than that of the fashionable elder sister island Phuket.

We will soon be amongst the midst of many billionaires!
