The Beach Report The market at present as mentioned in our last report is still in a very healthy state. There is a good interest area in houses 20-30 mill baht and even at the top end, 100 mill sales have been made. Because Samui is now reaching Phuket pricing levels and with the shortage of 80-100 mill baht properties for sale , sales are going through at these high level offerings. The Samui village atmosphere is being replaced by a more wealthier cosmopolitan look with many of its residents being a more affluent wealthy set. The restaurants are becoming more clicky and even on the roads a simple apparent reminder of the market change is Rolls Royces drivers are been seen ,something in 8 years I have never noticed and that in itself is a reminder telling us that the market has now reached a different level of investor.
