Koh Samui’s “little sister” appears to be the next best investment for land / house buyers and even small resort investors. As mentioned in an earlier report an airport is going ahead in the north of the island. With beach rai’s starting at 2.5 MB this is great saving compared to Samui, say 8 – 9 MB. Take a look at KP if you want a bargain, whether beach front or seaview. KP is developing nicely with a steady growth and will always be a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of Koh Samui.
