Koh Samui is an island in south east
Thailand, not that far from Phuket and just one hours flight from
Bangkok. It has magnificent white beaches and very clear blue waters. It

The only restrictions being the land must
be purchased by your Thai registered company which we can arrange for a
small fee giving you complete freehold title, or it is possible to have
a 30 year lease which is renewable. Either way, your land will be
registered at the land office and you can sell or lease it out at any
time by way of a simple transfer.
