Our managing director Khun Andrew Williams who,s experience with sales and marketing within the Australian oil industry for 25 years first came to Koh Samui 8 years ago and was first impressed by the natural beauty of Samui especially the blue of the sea surronding the island and decided to buy some land here and build his first Hawaiin inspired home which he sold at a record price for the Bangpo area.

He then built a beautiful beach gallery and garden centre for all to enjoy in Bang Makham Beach including rare Balinese stone Buddhas, where his office is currently located with seaside bar and restaurant.

In 2004 he then opened a small luxury real estate agency in the Bangpo area due to the fact that many of his friends wished he would help them sell their properties at good market prices while maintaining his professionalism.

He continues to build properties here in Samui and now also on the mainland of Southern Thailand and carries on his philosophy that 'The houses must be inspired here in Thailand with western influences especially their finishes."
